TRAINING MANAGEMENT
Training management is a methodical strategy used in Quality Assurance (QA) to guarantee that all employees engaged in regulated operations are competent, appropriately trained, and adhere to relevant standards, guidelines, and procedures. It is particularly important in sectors that are subject to GxP regulations, like biotechnology, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
